Sandra Sciberras is the writer/director behind the great Australian films Caterpillar Wish and Surviving Georgia. Only months after graduating from the VCA, she received her first New Writer’s grant from The Australian Film Commission for a feature film which led to her debut feature, Deeper Than Blue, which premiered at the 50th Sydney International Film Festival. With several features in the pipeline both at home and abroad, Sandra also now lectures at the VCA, and 16th Street Actors Studio, and has taken on a mentoring role to aspiring filmmakers in both Malta & East Timor.
